Mark Abbott - Chairman |

Mark Abbott is an MD-11 Captain with FedEx. He first joined Air Serv in 1991, serving as a DHC-6/C-208 captain, Country Director and International Contracts Manager throughout Africa. He previously served on the Air Serv board from 1999-2005 and later on the Air Serv-Canada and Air Serv Limited (Uganda) boards. Mark graduated from the USAF Academy with an International Affairs degree. He most recently volunteered with Air Serv for tsunami relief operations in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, earthquake relief operations in Muzaffarabad, Pakistan and with Air Serv Ltd. in Uganda. |
David Taylor |

David Taylor has served the international humanitarian community for over forty years. He spent sixteen years with the Seventh Day Adventist Church in South America, then seven years with the Adventist Development and Relief Agency in Sudan and Cyprus. He has spent the last eighteen years with World Vision International except for three years with the U. S. Agency for International Development as Director of the Office of Transition Initiatives. David presently serves as World Vision’s Executive Advisor for Humanitarian Affairs. He is both a commercial pilot and aviation maintenance technician. |

Lorne Gray is the owner of Lorne Gray Agencies Ltd., dba Aircraft Canada, an aircraft appraisal and brokerage firm, and Propworks Propeller Systems Ltd. with offices in Edmonton, Alberta, and Winnipeg, Manitoba. Lorne has been involved in commercial aviation for forty-three years, having worked for Standard Aero until he established Lorne Gray Agencies Ltd. in 1988. He currently is Chairman of the Board of Sunnyside Christian Retreat Center and serves on the Board of Directors of Hockey Ministries International. |
Roger Franklin |

Roger Franklin is CFO at Dynamic Aviation Group and Dynamic Airways in Bridgewater, VA. He previously served as the CFO and Corporate Secretary of Quest Aircraft Company, Sandpoint, Idaho, where he developed the company's long-range financial forecasts and played a key senior management role in moving Quest from a start-up, development stage company to a fully operational aircraft production company with its FAA production certificate. Prior to that position, he was Managing Director and Co-Founder of Forge Capital LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, a private investment firm for middle market manufacturing companies. He was an audit and tax manager with a major public accounting firm and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs. He holds a B.A. (Accounting) degree from the University of Alabama where he graduated magna cum laude. |

Dave Carlstrom is an international aviation consultant with over twenty years of industry experience, including seventeen years as Director of Marketing for Fairbanks International Airport (Alaska). His educational credentials include B.S. (Electrical Engineering), Cornell University, MA, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and MBA (Marketing), University of Washington. |
